Owner Relinquishment

We're sorry to hear that circumstances have led you to need to relinquish your dog. Camp Cocker Rescue is primarily based in Southern California around the Los Angeles/Ventura area. If you would like Camp Cocker Rescue to take over responsibility of rehoming your dog, please fill out our owner relinquishment form by clicking on the link below.

Please be aware that the form is very long and detailed and requires photos and videos of the dog interacting with people and other dogs. We need this information so that we don’t risk our volunteers, staff, adopters, or other dogs being placed in danger with an aggressive dog.
