Ami

Adopted OCTOBER 2021!

Ami’s Story:

Adorable Ami is a young mixed breed who joined us in September 2021 as one of our Freedom Flyers from South Korea. Ami flew to America with another dog, named Adee, and we quickly noticed that Ami is super sweet, but a little nervous about meeting new people and experiencing new things. We got lots of sweet tail waggies from her, though!

Now named Matilda, she has been such a good girl in her new home! She has even worked up the courage to take longer walks outside with her mom and dad and really enjoys taking rides in the car. Her family shares that Matilda has really opened up and has become increasingly comfortable with them. She’s very loving and cuddly. Matilda is still is a little bit skittish when meeting new people and other dogs on walks, but she’s getting braver all the time. This little lady is simply a joy.

Matilda likes to spend time inside of her crate (a wonderful option for newly adopted doggies to feel safe) and she gets along beautifully with her cat sister, Mildred. Way to go, girl! Her parents plan to start training with her soon and are having so much fun playing and bonding with their precious baby girl.
