WELCOME TO AMERICA BERRY!
BERRY is a female Cocker Spaniel Freedom Flyer from South Korea, who arrived in Los Angeles on Saturday, 10/1/22.
Barry was rescued from Busan by the Cocker Moms of South Korea on June 20, 2022. She was seriously overweight, and has since lost about 7 pounds in her S Korean foster home.
Now that we’ve met her, we can tell you that she’s a sweet, lovely dog! As we drove away from the airport, she sat quietly in the front seat, and enjoyed being pet along the way home. She’s also showing us that she’s an active, energetic and playful girl! We’re revising her age estimate to be between 5-6 years old now that she’s been vetted by our veterinarian.
Berry currently weighs 26 pounds, and still needs to lose another pound or two to be at her healthiest weight. Obviously, a weight management strategy will be critical for Berry’s health and longevity.
Berry is in the Los Angeles area.
