WELCOME TO AMERICA CHARLOTTE!
Charlotte is a Freedom Flyer from South Korea!
She is a small, sweet, female Cocker Spaniel, rescued from the Makpo City Shelter in South Korea. She arrived in Los Angeles on 11/25/2022.
Charlotte is a small buff Cocker Spaniel, estimated to be about 5-8 years old. She currently slightly underweight at 15 pounds.
Charlotte's foster mom says that she is just the sweetest little dog ever! She's patient & quiet, and gets along well with people and other dogs.
She is very people-focused - she loves her people, is affectionate and sweet, and loves human interaction.
Charlotte was lucky enough to get on the schedule for cherry eye surgery just four days after her arrival, so her eyes should be feeling a lot better now!
Her rescuers informed us that as a result of a positive test, she was treated for heartworm in October 2022. She was tested again once she arrived in Los Angeles, and continues to test positive, which is to be expected until she's tested again in April 2023 - 6 months after the heartworm treatment was given.
Charlotte is being fostered in the Los Angeles area.

Charlotte has been rescued in a joint effort with South Korea and Camp Cocker's Freedom Flyer Program, and has arrived in California to start her new and best life. She is up-to-date on all vaccines.
