Dasher’s Story:

We rescued this cuddly 4-year-old Cocker from a shelter in Wildomar, CA in December 2019. He and his brother, Comet, had been relinquished by their former owners who’d had them since they were puppies. Their names are from the original owners so it was clear to us these were Christmas gift puppies. They both had severe ear infections and were in need medical attention and grooming. Dasher has a slight head tilt because of his long history of ignored ear infections.

Now called Dash, this quiet boy loves to snuggle. Though he can be a little timid at first, he is very sweet and gets along well with everyone! He is energetic and loves toys but is super gentle with them. Dash is doing so well in his new home and fits in perfectly with his family. He is definitely a mama’s boy and loves to give licky kisses like there’s no tomorrow. Dash has a handsome Cocker Spaniel brother, named Clayton, who is 5 years old and is a rescue dog as well. The two make quite an adorable duo.
