Dora
Adopted APRIL 2021!
Dora’s Story:
Darling Dora joined Camp Cocker in March 2021 as one of our Freedom Flyers from South Korea. This 2-3 year old Norwich Terrier mix had been rescued from a shelter there, and she traveled to America with another rescued dog, named Walter. Dora is incredibly sweet, fully house trained, and is super friendly with everyone she meets! She really loves meeting new people and saying a gentle hello with a tail wag and a kiss. A-Dora-ble!
Dora’s family fell in love with her the moment they met her and couldn’t wait to get her home! Her new parents are absolutely loving the bond they’re forming with her and share that she is very happy and comfortable with them, greeting them with a wagging tail and kisses every morning. She is super affectionate and likes to follow them around so she can curl up and sleep near them as they work during the day. It didn’t take long for Dora to curl up on the bed by their feet at night, too, and they’re thrilled to let her. Her dad has been teaching her all kinds of fun tricks and shares that Dora is a really quick learner! Dora loves going on long walks and spending time outdoors with her mom and dad. She’s great with strangers, friendly with dogs, and always level headed (until she sees a squirrel - that's serious business and her focus will not be broken)!
From Dora’s adopters: “We're so overjoyed and grateful to have found such a beautiful, loving, and well-behaved rescue. She really feels like our perfect match. Thank you so, so much for trusting us with her. We're so grateful.”
