Adopted APRIL 2021!

Dottie’s Story:

Rescued in March 2021, this adorable Shiba Inu mix was one of our Freedom Flyers from South Korea. Very friendly and sweet to people, Dottie arrived in Los Angeles, CA fairly confident but a little shy. She is estimated to be between 3-5 years of age - and she has the best ears!

Now named Roxie, her new family was very pleased at how quickly she adapted to her new home. They report that she‘s been doing so great and has even started jumping up onto the bed or couch to be next to them! Roxie has a quiet bark and the separation anxiety that she originally displayed quickly improved. Roxie likes going on long walks, and her family has slowly been introducing her to all of the neighborhood dogs, of which there are many. Roxie is friendly with her new dog friends and is happy to say hello as long as they don't approach her too quickly. She's slowly becoming more and more friendly and playful with their neighbor's dogs. Way to go, Roxie!

This girl LOVES to play with toys, especially squeaky ones! She is also crazy about belly rubs and likes sleeping on her back, which is just the cutest thing ever. We love seeing Roxie enjoying her new life! Compassion Has No Borders.
