Ellie
Adopted JUNE 2020!
Ellie’s Story:
This adorable little Terrier mix was rescued in April 2020 at an estimated age of 2 years old. She made the long trip from South Korea to a wonderful new life in America as part of our Freedom Flight Rescue program.
Shelters in South Korea struggle to find local adopters because there is still a stigma about "rescue dogs" there. Camp Cocker Rescue is happy to work with a great group of volunteers in South Korea who are saving dogs from shelters. We are so grateful that our rescue partners at Korean K9 Rescue (formerly known as Band For Animal) are on the front lines going to the shelters to save as many dogs as possible.
Ellie is just the sweetest little goofball. She is loving life with her adopters in Los Angeles, CA! She usually goes on four walks a day and her parents like to take her just about everywhere possible with them. Ellie tends to be a little leash reactive to dogs (and other humans when they get within a certain distance) but her adopters have done extensive research and are working on this with her using positive reinforcement. They are optimistic about Ellie’s improvement and thrilled to have her as part of their family!
We rely on your donations! Please consider donating just $5 to help us rescue more dogs in need.
