WELCOME TO CAMP COCKER RESCUE, GOBI!
GOBI is a gorgeous medium-size female Cocker Spaniel Freedom Flyer, rescued from the UZ shelter in Mongolia. She's estimated to be 5-7 years old, weighs 24 pounds, and is sweet and playful with a face full of freckles! She arrived in Los Angeles on November 26, 2023.
She is very energetic, and friendly with people and other dogs. She is also fully housetrained (yay!) and friendly with cats, too!
Gobi’s foster has reported that she barks quite a bit - at a variety of outdoor sights & sounds. If she sees birds or other critters outside a window, she responds by barking. We suggest that her adopters work with a force-free positive reinforcement trainer for some help with this, but in the meantime, an apartment or condo lifestyle would not. be ideal
