Hailey
Adopted MAY 2021!
Hailey’s Story:
Hailey was rescued from the Wildomar shelter in May 2021 after her previous owners relinquished her there at 14.5 years old. This beautiful senior lady had bad teeth and bad ears and was in need of medical attention. She had 10 extractions during her dental, including her lower and upper canine teeth. Hailey’s thyroid levels were off, too, possibly due to the presence of the oral infections. Hailey is a very sweet, well-behaved Cocker Spaniel.
Hailey’s adopters were so excited to welcome this sweetie into their home. They have a special place in their hearts for senior dogs and were eager to give Hailey the loving home she deserves in her golden years. Her new family even flew to California from Massachusetts to pick her up - we just LOVE enthusiastic adopters! Hailey now has two lovely doggy sisters that she quickly bonded with; Rose, a 13-year-old cockapoo and Millie, a 7-year-old cocker spaniel (both also rescues!). Her mom says Hailey is an angel and fit right in with the family immediately. They are just obsessed with her. She is the most easy going, best behaved girl, who loves going for rides in the car, rolling in the grass, snuggling up with them, and carrying bones around in her mouth. She is a dream. Millie, Rose and Hailey all get along very well and love snuggling together.
From Hailey’s adopters: “We are so lucky to have her, she is perfect we just love her. She is such a happy dog. I feel like we have had her all along.”
