Kade
Adopted JULY 2021!
Kade’s Story:
Kade is a 3-5 year old Cocker Spaniel whom we rescued from South Korea in June 2021. Flying to America via our Freedom Flight program, he made the trip with another rescued dog, named Jackson. Weighing about 22 pounds, he is very sweet and playful. He likes other dogs and really loves people.
Lovingly renamed Felix, this adorable boy is as happy as can be with his new family. He loves going on adventures with them, exploring the beach and taking long walks and hikes on the trails near their home. His mom had actually worked as a flight volunteer for another rescue to help fly three other dogs here from Korea, and she had promised herself that she would adopt a dog that was also rescued from there. When the family saw Kade (now Felix), they knew he was the one for them. A furry new member of their family, his life is filled with joy! He has fun playdates with his doggy cousin, Bori (also rescued from South Korea!), and lights up everyone’s day at the senior center he frequently visits his grandma at. Everyone who meets Felix all say what a beautiful, wonderful dog he is.
From Felix’s adopters: “He is smart, happy and so calm. He brings so much joy to us and we don’t know how we lived without him.”
