Kayden

Adopted FEBRUARY 2021!

Kayden’s Story:

We rescued this amazing boy from the Downey/Los Angeles Animal Shelter just as they were closing on New Year’s Eve. Weighing only nine pounds, Kayden had been hit by a car and sustained fractures to his pelvis and his right femur was no longer connected to his pelvis. Kayden was not putting any weight on his right pelvic limb, but because healing had already occurred a surgical solution was no longer viable. The board certified surgeon that we took him to recommended physical therapy to help Kayden work through the atrophy in his leg.

Kayden was a rockstar patient at Two Hands Four Paws rehab clinic! He was adopted in February 2021 by a lovely family who continue to take him to physical therapy in Northern California. Everyone who meets Kayden quickly falls in love! This perfect mixed breed is the sweetest, friendliest dog ever. He always has a happy tail and loves to give kisses! He absolutely loves people and is super friendly with other dogs. His first meeting with his adopters was a joyful one and he settled right into their family. He now has a sweet Spaniel brother and cat sister, too. We are so happy for this sweetheart!
