Kenny
Adopted MARCH 2021!
Kenny’s Story:
This tall Beagle boy with the wonderful underbite was one of our Freedom Flyers from South Korea in March 2021. At about 3-5 years old, Kenny was rescued from the Gangreung city shelter in South Korea, where he had tested positive for Parvo but was able to overcome it. Parvovirus is a common but life-threatening viral disease that causes severe gastrointestinal effects in dogs. Fortunately, dogs can recover from Parvo with proper and immediate treatment. Kenny has a very sweet personality and calm demeanor.
Now named Mason, he is enjoying life with his new parents! He is quite the little cuddle bug and immediately snuggled up with them. He loves napping on the couch, playing with his chew toys and kongs, and gets 3 walks a day. Mason enjoys walking through their quiet neighborhood and visiting the nearby dog park. The family also likes to hike together on weekends, hang out at the beach, and go on many leashed adventures together! Now that Mason’s personality is coming out, his mom says he's a little mischievous! Especially when he doesn't want to get up for his bedtime bathroom break. He also has a confident cat sister now, named Magnolia, who is slowly warming up to him.
From Mason’s adopters: “Kenny just spoke to our heart!”
