Neil
Adopted JUNE 2020!
Neil’s Story:
This gorgeous man joined Camp Cocker Rescue as part of our Freedom Flight Rescue program in May 2020, flying from South Korea to Los Angeles, CA at about 8 years of age. Neil has a degenerative leaky mitral valve and a grade five out of six heart murmur. He is very low key, mellow and quiet. This boy has so much love to give.
Neil’s best buds are his two doggy sisters, who are also Cocker Spaniels. He loves to spend his days hanging out with them on the couch or by the pool. Every afternoon they go out and nap on the lounge chairs in the sun for a few hours. His adopters share that Neil has a ton of energy and is starting to figure out how to play with them, though he still isn’t quite sure what to do with toys.
His family also reports that Neil’s cardiologist has been happy with how his heart is maintaining. That makes us very happy. He is a total snuggle bug with both of his sisters and his new mom and dad! He even sleeps on Mom’s pillow every night.
From Neil’s adopters: “He is absolutely a treasured part of our family.”
