Niel is a Freedom Flyer from South Korea.
He is a buff colored male Cocker Spaniel, about 3-4 years old, weighing 19 pounds. He is underweight and is currently being fed to add appropriate weight.
Neil is very sweet, a nice boy, friendly with people and other dogs - but for his comfort level, he should be introduced to new dogs when he is off leash.
Niel is in the Los Angeles area.
