OLLIE HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!!
Ollie is possibly a dachshund mix, a 5-6 year old male. He weighs 22 pounds, and is a nice dog!
Ollie was hit by a car and suffered multiple leg fractures before entering the shelter. His owner went to the shelter to claim him, but ultimately changed his mind and relinquished him.
Camp Cocker took Ollie to the VCA WLA for immediate surgery, only to find out that the fractures were about 3 weeks old and were not able to be surgically repaired.
Ollie’s left hind leg has now been amputated and he is officially a tri-pod!
Ollie is super happy, friendly and loving. He enjoys other dogs, loves people, loves affection - and treats! He is such a little trooper! He is spending a few days recovering from his surgery, and is available for adoption.
Ollie is in the Los Angeles area.
