Silver
Adopted DECEMBER 2020!
Silver’s Story:
Silver was about 5 months old when he took his Freedom Flight to America. In December 2020, he and five other beagles were flown to Los Angeles, CA after they’d been rescued from a dog meat farm in South Korea. We are so thankful to our rescue partners at K9 Korean Rescue for saving them! Some of Silver’s travel companions appear to be his littermates. We aren’t certain, but we suspect that the young female beagle whom they were rescued with, named Gabby, may be their mother.
Now named Buddy, this timid but very sweet little boy is settling in with his new family. He has a precious 14-year-old miniature Dachshund sister named Petunia who is slowly becoming his best friend. The two have already been caught cuddling together. Overall, Buddy is doing great and seems to enjoy his new home! His parents are eager to see him come out of his shell more over time and look forward to sharing many hikes and beach trips with their handsome baby boy.
From Buddy’s adopters: “We’re so excited to have him join our family… We appreciate your organization for connecting us with Buddy!”
