Slinky

Adopted DECEMBER 2020!

Slinky’s Story:

Slinky is a super cute 18 pound bassett-beagle mix. At approximately 2-3 year old, he was rescued from South Korea and traveled to Los Angeles, CA as part of our Freedom Flight Rescue program. He is friendly with people, and barks excitedly when he meets other dogs. Despite his small size, Slinky has a very deep, loud bark!

His family shares that he is doing very well in his new home and is fully house-trained. They’ve renamed him Sonny (full- name Son Heung Min) after the soccer star from the Tottenham Hotspurs team in England who is also from South Korea! Sonny loves to plays fetch and enjoys hanging out on any (and all!) couches in the house. His family is working with him on his over-excitability when he sees other dogs on his walks, but they’re sure he will improve with training. He’s doing great, is healthy and happy, and is so very loved. Welcome to your wonderful new life, Sonny. We just love a happy ending!
