Sotae
Adopted OCTOBER 2020!
Sotae’s Story:
This handsome little 6-month-old Terrier mix was one of our Freedom Flyers from South Korea in October 2020. Not only is he adorable, but also very friendly with people and other animals! Sotae was the only boy out of the six puppies that made that trip to America.
Sotae’s proud new mama named him Pepero (pronounced pepper-oh) after a type of Korean cookie that he resembles. He has already bonded with his new doggy brother, Oscar, who is his hero and greatest inspiration. He loves Oscar and follows him everywhere copying everything he does. Pepero is very smart, too, and has already learned sit, down, spin, and a fun little game where he boops mom’s hand with his nose!
Pepero enjoys visiting his grandparents house, playing with his brother and doggy cousin, and making new dog friends wherever he goes. He loves running around outside and he always gets the zoomies right when he wakes up and after each bath time. Every day he gets a bit more confident and comfortable. He loves to cuddle and kiss his new mom and put both of his paws on her mouth or cheeks. His adopter says he is the sweetest dog she’s ever met.
From Pepero’s adopter: “I feel so lucky to be Pepero’s mom. He has settled into our lives so perfectly, it feels like he filled a piece I didn’t know was missing.”
