Wookie
Adopted MARCH 2021!
Wookie’s Story:
Wookie is an adorable little Keeshond mix who was rescued from an animal hoarding situation in Aerinwon, South Korea by our rescue partners at Korean K9 Rescue. Estimated to be around 3-5 years of age, he joined Camp Cocker as part of our Freedom Flight program in March 2021. This fluffy boy is very sweet and quick to make friends. Unlike his timid travel companion, Teebo, he arrived in America fairly confident and eager to meet everyone he came across. We quickly discovered that he’ll gladly stand up for treats!
Wookie’s devoted adopter reports that he is doing well in his new home! He is a happy little guy who is very adventurous and curious. He has been exploring his new environment, sniffing everything he can get his nose on, and enjoys napping on the floor after his second walk of the day. Wookie and his mom have a great time going on long walks together and hiking on the weekends. Wookie has so much fun visiting the dog park multiple times a week, too, and making friends with everyone he meets.
From Wookie’s adopter: “We love him very much! He’s a really good boy. “
